MurMur Global Terms of Service

MurMur provides speech-to-text and AI cleanup. Some capabilities run locally; others require cloud processing.

MurMur provides core features and Pro plans. Products, prices, trial eligibility, and regional availability are shown by the applicable purchase channel. Cross-device cloud sync is not currently offered.

Use an email you control and protect your sign-in codes, credentials, and devices. Do not transfer an account, bypass security or allowances, misuse the service, or infringe another person's rights.

You may stop using MurMur and register an account-deletion request through the Web account-deletion page. Registration is not itself deletion, and the iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows clients do not provide an account-deletion function.

Automated transcription and AI output can be wrong. Check names, numbers, dates, negations, and other important facts before sending, publishing, or relying on output.

Features, capacity, and allowances may change. Maintenance, security, compliance, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt service.

You keep the rights you have in content you submit and grant us only the permission needed to provide the feature you selected.

MurMur software, interface, brand, and materials belong to the operator or its licensors. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit them beyond normal authorized use.

Products, prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for Pro follow the purchase page and rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable payment channel.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Other liability is limited only to the extent allowed by the mandatory law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without taking away mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute informally.

For a legal succession such as a merger, division, or dissolution, we will identify the successor and effective date. A separate business or asset transfer will disclose the recipient, purpose, method, and data categories and obtain consent where required. Before it takes effect, you may stop cloud services, export applicable data, or delete the account.
